The nature of our business allows for a combination of full time, part time and casual positions. We are open 7 days a week from early morning to late evenings. Swim Instructors

The Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy is looking for friendly, passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join the Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy in Seven Hills. If you are interested in working with children to promote water safety, fun and learning we would like you to apply now! We provide on the job paid training and a fun, safe work environment where every day is different!

We will provide you with the tools and ongoing training to become a world class swimming instructor. As an AUSTSWIM registered swim school all our employees need to hold a current AUSTSWIM and CPR qualification. If you are looking to obtain these qualifications we can assist you in becoming qualified and jump start your career in a rewarding industry.

Candidates without an existing Swim Teaching qualification but a willingness to obtain an AUSTSWIM Teacher License will be considered for the role. We are able to offer significant discounts on the AUSTSWIM Swimming and Water Safety course should you meet our eligibility criteria. Get qualified with a guaranteed employment outcome! We are looking for people available Monday to Friday 3:30pm – 8pm, Saturday 7.30am – 1pm, Sunday 8am – 1pm

Need practical swim teaching experience?

AUSTSWIM Candidates are required to complete practical teaching hours that include observation, supervised teaching and verification of teaching competency. The Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy is able to provide aspiring swimming and water safety teachers with the opportunity to gain critical teaching experience on a voluntary basis.
