Please complete the form below in order to cancel your lessons and/or automatic (direct debit) payments. You must complete one form for each child or participant.

Please note, all cancellations must be received prior to deduction of the next four-weekly lesson payment. Cancellations received after this date will not be processed until the following cycle.
