Active Kids Vouchers

Royal Life Saving NSW | ACT | TAS is an approved Active Kids and First Lap Provider. We can accept these vouchers for swimming lessons.

Terms and Conditions:

  • If you would like to use an Active Kids or First Lap voucher, please complete the webform at the bottom of the page. Please ensure to complete all sections and upload a PDF copy of your voucher. If you cannot complete the webform, please email a copy of the voucher directly to vouchers@royalnsw.com.au
    Include:

    • Childs full name as it appears on your medicare card
    • Childs date of birth
    • Which venue the child swims at – Seven Hills / Denistone East
  • Vouchers must be submitted 7 days prior to the commencement of the next direct debit cycle in order to be applied to those fees. We cannot guarantee that vouchers submitted within 7 days will be applied before the direct debit is processed.
  • If you cancel your lesson without using the entire value of the voucher, the remaining amount will stay on your account until the voucher expires.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable or transferable and can only be applied to fees for the child named on the voucher.
  • When redeeming vouchers, two vouchers cannot be used at the same time. One voucher must be clearly separated by a direct debit payment cycle before the next voucher is applied. That includes Active Kids vouchers being used at the same time as a First Lap voucher.
  • Vouchers can only be used once.

 

The Voucher Administration team will contact you via email if there are any issues claiming your voucher.
